・45歳以下。月給30万〜60万(能力により考慮)

・実務経験2年以上(設計もしくは施工監理経験、飲食店経験ある方を優遇します。)

・Vectorworks、Photoshop、Illustorator(Mac)が使える方。

・飲食店が好きな方。人に喜んでもらうことにやりがいを持てる方。

・自分のライフスタイルにこだわりがあり、クリエイティブな思考を持っている方。

・心身共に健康である方。

・英語の話せる方優遇。

 

 

■諸条件

 

・試用期間6ヶ月(適性および能力による)

・休日：祝祭日、隔週土曜、日曜(現場スケジュールによって出勤お願いすることもあります)

Position Requirements

 

・Under 45 years old

・Monthly salary: JPY 300,000 – 600,000 (negotiable based on skills and experience)

・Minimum 2 years of professional experience

・(Experience in design or construction management required; experience with restaurant projects preferred)

・Proficient in Vectorworks, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Mac environment)

・A strong interest in restaurants and hospitality, and a genuine motivation to create experiences that delight people

・A strong sense of personal lifestyle values and a creative, design-oriented mindset

・Physically and mentally healthy

 

Employment Conditions

 

・Probation period: 6 months (based on suitability and performance)

・Holidays: National holidays, alternate Saturdays, and Sundays

・(Work on weekends may be required depending on construction schedules)
